Another strikingly clever - and colorful - post from Luxirare!

Taking parfait and re-creating it, this version has caviar pearls that burst out fruit juice once punctured, using a process called spherification. As you can see, the art and science in what is commonly known as a "simple" dessert is brought above par (no pun intended, hehe) in true Luxirare fashion. The rainbow of fun flavor combinations will leave you tasting with your eyes... Enjoy!
