Graduation

10 weeks flew by -- Last Sunday was my last day of baking class. I am now a certified graduate of Professional Baking I :) They my classmates and I a diploma saying we had completed 40 hours of work in the kitchen. The 10 weeks were so much fun; I got to meet some cool people and more importantly, I got to learn and understand the techniques and skills behind baking. The road doesn't end here, there is still *loads* to learn and I'm not yet ready to put away my mixer, pastry cutter or spatulas!
