Married & Me

Aloha!

The Grandidge's, sans Chris, and the Deklav's escaped into Paradise for the night in Woodland Hills. The aloha spirit was very much alive at Roy's Restaurant, almost like we were on the Hawaiian islands! The ambience has that casual yet elegant vibe, all the staff are super duper friendly and you're greeted with, "Aloha!" by the hostess immediately upon entering.

The restaurant serves none other than Hawaiian fusion cuisine - there are lots of bold Asian spices used in the cooking. Owner Roy Yamaguchi has his classics on every Roy's menu alongside some specials' of partner Chef's at each location. I would say Roy's prides itself in their fresh seafood as their menu focuses on the ocean delicacies found near/around the Hawaiian waters. With that said, the meat from the beef ribs were falling off the bone and very tender indeed. So don't rule out the "land" options by any means! Although Roy's is now a well-known chain, they still maintain the fine-dining experience as they stress excellent service and deliver consistent, tasty food. Mahalo!
