Boracay Meal #2

Tucked away in a cozy, little corner of D'Mall you hear unison shouts of, "OOPA!!" every few minutes. This loud commotion comes from the employees working at Cyma, a Greek restaurant chain in the Philippines. The atmosphere here is friendly and warm thanks to the bubbly servers, and the open kitchen assures diners that the food is prepared in a clean, hygienic space. Ideal for a big fat Greek feast, Cyma cooks up food native to their Greek islands and serves it in ours, Boracay. Jon and I ordered the flaming cheese (ooey and gooey just like cheese should be), eggplant dip, pasta al Greco, and beef kebabs.

You know we wouldn't hit up Boracay without having us a little crepe for dessert! We strolled around after Cyma with our Nutella+Fruit concoctions from Crazy Crepes. Oh yes, they are wild and crazy over here. Smothered in Nutella (though, when is there really enough Nutella?), drizzled with chocolate sauce and a dollop of whipped cream, the locals are gradually learning how to "upsize" desserts - I could teach them a few more lessons I think. I actually ordered mine sans the whipped and requested "extra Nutella, please." Jon went for the original. Pictys are below :)
