You say, "Spa" - I say, "Go"
Let's go to Spago!! Spago is undoubtedly one of thee best restaurants in Los Angeles, it has passed the test of time and the menu is constantly evolving keeping up with current culinary knowledge. With that said, loyal Spago goers can always count on the classics to be printed on new seasonal menus. Wolfgang Puck's flagship restaurant really sets the standard in the Grandidge family; we love the quality of the food, how it's prepared and our dining experience never fails us. No wonder Spago is at the forefront of LA dining always getting the best reviews from critics and foodies alike. With its 90210 zip code, you better believe there isn't a sign of a recession around by measure of how busy the restaurant is. The patio seating area makes the indoor/outdoor space feel roomier together with the open kitchen, which allows diners to see what's cookin'. The overall feel is sophisticated, classy and warm, an ambiance my parents truly enjoy.
Roasted Chino Farm's Beet Layer Cake - goat cheese, toasted hazelnuts, shallot citrus
Endive & Spring Vegetable Salad - baby artichoke, asparagus, snap peas, shaved fennel, feta cheese, black olive oil, toasted pine nuts, basil oil
Hamachi & Tuna Sashimi - sticky rice, wasabi, soy-yuzu, pumpkin seed oil
Cote de Boeuf (For Two)
