B.I.L.S >> Al Qasr

Over the past year, I've taken a keen liking to the whole Middle Eastern/Lebanese/Greek/Mediterranean cuisine and there's a perfect place in Sing-a-Ling that answers to my newfound food-love. Enter: Al Qasr, a casual indoor/outdoor restaurant in Holland Village grouped with the throng of the many eateries to choose from in the area. (Holland Village is a popular hangout for the Singaporean yuppies and international expats) Here, the healthy Middle Eastern menu items put an emphasis on cooking with fresh and healthy ingredients and spices. Take a look at some of my favorite hot and cold mezze plates from Al Qasr!
