Happy Lemon | SINGAPORE

After all the Happy Lemon buzz in Manila, Jon and I finally tried it... in Singapore.

I don't know who, or what, started the buzz but it did get around quickly. Everyone was tweeting or talking about their drink from Happy Lemon. The one's that got me most curious were the "rock salt cheese" concoctions. When I heard about it, I couldn't even begin to imagine what that would taste like. In Singapore, they told us that the most popular drink was the Green Tea Rock Salt Cheese - just like in Manila! Jon always goes for the "best sellers" so he was quick to choose it. I still stayed on the rock salt cheese path, but I chose the cocoa instead of the green tea. So there, we broke our Happy Lemon virginities in Singapore together. LOL

For the record, even after having tasted it, it's hard to describe exactly what the rock salt cheese element does to the drink. You'll have to try it yourself ;)
