I got the cold poached chocolate with Kahlua cream. I probably should have tried their signature chocolate cake too... Oh well, there will definitely be a next time. We were browsing the food court at 4pm, after we had been to lunch someplace else... Didn't want to spoil dinner, so there was just room for 1 thing in my tummy. Needless to say, I made a scrumptious choice!

The cold poached chocolate is a soft, rich dark chocolate "slab" that was invented by their own cold-poaching method. It's thicker than a mousse, almost like a creamy ganache. The different "flavors" are the fresh liquor creams on top. Definitely getting this again when I'm in Sing-a-ling!
