Momofuku Noodle Bar

There was no way Jon and I were going to miss Momofuku on our foodie trip to New York. When we asked our friends for places to hit up, Momofuku was a consistent recommendation. It's no surprise... I mean David Chang seems to be making headlines everywhere with his craft for making mesmerizing munchies! This ever so popular noodle nook is always busy, taking no reservations for hungry city customers. Luckily, Jon, Marisa, J-Grand and I didn't have to wait too long to get seated at the communal tables. We ordered a variety of dishes and went family style - the best way to do it! I got to taste all the flavor notes that David is known for... Let me end with this: I'm still dreaming of the pork buns.
