Here is some of my finger-candy atop sinfully sweet macaroons from Bizu Patisserie. I love how their macaroons have that thin cookie crust that then gives way to creamy, flavorful ganache.

I'm so glad I came across your blog! I haven't been to PI, although I'm filipino and have tons of family out there. Your food posts give me every reason to finally go out there and visit.
